a) Information You Provide Directly

When you create an account, we collect the following information via the input forms in the App:

• Email Address
• Username
• Password

b) Information Collected Automatically

When you use the App, we automatically collect certain information about your device and your interaction with the App to maintain security and analyze user behavior. This includes:

• IP Address: Collected when your device communicates with our servers to create a session.
• Device ID: A unique identifier associated with the device you are using.
• App Usage Data: Information on how you use the App, such as search queries, button presses, and the contents of your user library.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To Provide and Maintain our Service: Your email, username, and password are used for account creation and authentication. To make your experience seamless, we store your login credentials locally on your device using industry-standard encryption methods to enable the auto-login feature.
• For Security and Session Management: Your IP Address and Device ID are used to verify your identity, protect your account from unauthorized access, and keep track of your active sessions.
• To Improve Our App: The app usage data (search queries, button presses, library contents) is analyzed to understand user behavior and preferences. This analysis helps us to improve the functionality, design, and overall user experience of the App. This data is dissociated from your personal identity before it is used for analysis.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We take your privacy seriously. No third party has access to your data. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We do not share data with any analytics tools, advertising networks, or third-party SDKs. Our company is the sole holder of this information, and all our employees and contractors are bound by confidentiality obligations.

We may only disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).

4. Data Storage, Retention, and Deletion

We are committed to ensuring you have control over your data.

• Account Information (Email, Username, Password): This information is stored on our secure servers for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and this information from our servers, you can do so directly within the App by selecting the DELETE ACCOUNT option in the settings. This action will permanently remove your personal identifiers from our active databases.
• App Usage Data: This data is retained for analytical purposes to help us improve the App. If you delete your account, the usage data associated with your account will be anonymized — linked to a random, anonymous user ID that bears no relationship to your original account details.
• Complete Data Removal: If you wish to remove all your data, including the anonymized usage data, please contact us at admin@rokfrog.com. We will facilitate your request and confirm once the deletion is complete.

5. Data Security

The security of your data is important to us. We implement a variety of industry-standard security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. This includes using encryption for data stored locally on your device (for auto-login) and securing the transmission of data between the App and our servers.

6. Your Consent and Changes to This Policy

By accepting our End User License Agreement (EULA) during account creation, you are providing consent to this privacy policy.

We may update our privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the App and, as required by App Store guidelines, we will ask you to resubmit your consent to the updated policy before continuing to use the App.
